8 rode vinger lengte pepers, ongerepeld
1 tablespoon dried shrimp paste (track), drooggebakken
1 eetlepel geschoren palmsuiker of donkere bruine suiker
1 eetlepel vers geperst limoen-of citroensap
Methode:
Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste in a mortar or blender. For amore fiery sambal, sumbitude birds-eye chilies for the finger-length chilies.
