Omelette Java - Dadar Jawa Ingredienti:
Uova | 5 |
Spring onion | 1, finely chopped |
Gamberi secchi (gamberetto) pasta (terrazza) | 1 pisello di dimensioni pezzo, softened in 1 tsp water |
Sambal oelek | ½ cucchiaino |
Tamarind (asam jawa) succo | a dash |
Sale | ½ cucchiaino |
Olio vegetale o margarina | 2 Cucchiai |
Metodo:
- Crack eggs into a bowl and beat lightly
- Add spring onion, dried prawn paste, sambal oelek, tamarind juice and salt. Stir to combine
- Heat oil or margarine in a frying pan (distinzione). Pour in egg mixture and fry on both sides
- Cut resulting omelette into wide strips. Servire.
