Chili-Soße mit Garnelen Paste – Sambal Paste
8 Rot-Finger Länge Chilis, entkernt
1 tablespoon dried shrimp paste (Titel), trocken geröstet
1 tablespoon shaved palm sugar or dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
Methode:
Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste in a mortar or blender. For amore fiery sambal, sumbitude birds-eye chilies for the finger-length chilies.
