Tortilla de Java - Dadar Jawa Ingredientes:
Huevos | 5 |
Spring onion | 1, finely chopped |
Gambas secas (camarones) pasta (terraza) | 1 guisante-tamaño de la pieza, softened in 1 tsp water |
Sambal oelek | ½ cucharadita |
Tamarind (asam jawa) jugo de | a dash |
Sal | ½ cucharadita |
De aceite vegetal o margarina | 2 Tbsp |
Método:
- Crack eggs into a bowl and beat lightly
- Add spring onion, dried prawn paste, oelek sambal, tamarind juice and salt. Stir to combine
- Heat oil or margarine in a frying pan (distinción). Pour in egg mixture and fry on both sides
- Cut resulting omelette into wide strips. Servir.
