<p>400 g (2 cups) Long-grain race</p>
<p>625 ml (2 ½ cups) Water</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Wash rice twice under cold tap water. Drain</li>
<li>Transfer rice to a saucepan and add water. Bring to the boil and simmer uncovered until all liquid has been absorbed</li>
<li>Cover saucepan, lower heat and cook for 15 minutes more</li>
