<p>1 tablespoon white vinegar</p>
<p>2 ½ tablespoons sugar</p>
<p>1 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>1 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>2 ½  tablespoons hot water</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Place the sliced cucumber in a bowl. Combine the vinegar, sugar,</p>
<p>Salt and hot water in another bowl, then add to the cucumber and toss well</p>
<p>Set aside to cure for 1 hour before serving.</p>
<p>This pickle keeps for a week in a jar in the refrigerator</p>
