<p>8 red finger-length chilies, deseeded</p>
<p>1 tablespoon dried shrimp paste (trasi), dry-roasted</p>
<p>1 tablespoon shaved palm sugar or dark brown sugar</p>
<p>1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste in a mortar or blender. For  amore fiery sambal, sumbitude birds-eye chilies for the finger-length chilies.</p>
